Call to Order:
The meeting was called to order by Neil Ward, President at 7:30 PM. Before the meeting began Neil asked all the members who had served in the military to stand. The club applauded these members as a tribute to them.
Minutes of previous meeting:
Sister Anthony checked that the members received the minutes. The minutes were accepted as sent.
Treasurer's Report:
Helen Alvey gave the report but reminded the members that there will be costs from the coming Show. Report was accepted.
Library Committee:
Kerry Austin said that there was no special report to give but he did want to know from the membership what things they wanted him to get for the library.
Show Committee:
Steve Oliver reported that we will have a TV & radio appearances on Friday, November 26. This will be on Channel 14 around 11 a.m. with Mike Blake, on WIKY at 9 a.m., and we have scheduled Channel WKDQ to be at the show.
Sister Anthony will be sent a form around for volunteers to sign up for an hour at the admission desk and the "Carving for Charities" table. If we do not receive enough volunteers this evening Sister will go through the Membership Roster and appoint persons and times to be covered. These will be mailed to the members.
We will have our yearly banquet after the Show on Saturday. It will be held at the Armory.
Ornaments are still needed for the Christmas Tree and items are needed for Carvings for Charity. The money raised here goes to the Rehabilitation Center.
We have signs and fliers to distribute and members are urged to sell tickets.

Steve Oliver presented the slate of Officers for the coming 2011 year
The slate was approved and voted on by the membership.
Steve Oliver also said that he would like to appoint a Board to consult on various things during the year. We will hear more of this at our January 15, 2011 meeting
Seminars:
Our next seminar will be held at Seton Residence on December 11 and 12, the presenter will be Steve Brown and the theme will be something Christmas. Cost for the seminar will be $60 plus the cost of the roughout.Steve Eli took this opportunity to explain to new members that we have a fund, named the Sister Josita Fund, that will help a member to pay toward a seminar. Application should be made to the Treasurer.
Christmas Party:
Our next meeting will be held on December 14 at Seton Residence. It will be our Annual Christmas Party. Cost for the party is $4 per person. Each member is also asked to bring a "covered dish" but care should be taken that the food does not have to be refrigerated. Serving time is 6 p.m.
Half Pot:
The half pot was won by Sister Anthony.
