Call to Order:
The meeting was called to order: by President Jeff Hancock.
Minutes of previous meeting:
Motion made and seconded by Ben Meyer and to Larry Adams approves the minutes for July 10, 2018 meeting as they appear on the website.
Treasurer's Report:
Alan Bailey gave the treasurer's report: Motion made by Robin Meyer second by Ben Meyer to accept as presented. Motion carried.
Library Committee:
Ben reported: It is open for us.

Club Show Information: Salem United Methodist Church on October 27, Time 9:00-4:00 Set Time on Friday evening will be 4:00-7:00 PM. Open at 7:00 on Saturday for vendors to set-up. Discussion on the Flyers & Banners for the show and yard signs. Ben Meyer needed clbu details and is working on the article for newspaper. Table Reservation $20.00 before October 1, 2018 $25.00 after. Need volunteers for clean up committee the day of the show.

Several members brought in their carving and shared to the group! We had everything from . Scottie Dog, Gnome, Weiner Dog, Spirit Face, Santa, Polar Bear, Cup, Mouse and trap, and Boot, Thanks to all for sharing!
