Call to Order:
Meeting was called to order at 6:05 P.M. by Vice President Frank Wildeman.
Minutes of previous meeting:
Motion to approve the minutes of March meeting was made by Jeff Hancock and seconded by Keith Hemmerway. Motion carried. Minutes approved.
Treasurer's Report:
Treasurer Alan Bailey gave his report. Motion was made by Jeff Hancock and seconded by By Keith Hemmerway. Motion carried. Treasure's report approved. Alan also gave a report on where some of the monies went in the last few months.
Library Committee:
Library is opened.
Show Committee:
Jeff Hancock said that we will have the show on October 17, 2020 9-3 at the Salem United Methodist Church. All Sponsorships for flyers need to be in by the next meeting which isJuly 14, 2020.
Old Business:
Auction for Conrad Wetzedl was discussed. We discussed having the aution in either August or September. Master Garden has been canceled.
New Business:
Marvin Daniels seminar is scheduled for August 29 and 30, 2020 9-4 at Ken Alvey's. Seminar is 50 dollars plus the roughout.
We also discssed Pat Moore doing a seminar before or after the show. We had a sign up sheet for both Marvin's and Pat's seminars.
Show and Tell
Ken Alvey showed an owl and an hawk. Joel Slaton showed a cardinal. Frank Wildemanshowed santas. Keith Hemmerway showed four owls that he carved. Kathy Vonderahe showed her turtles and rabit burning. Robin Meyer displayed her three rabbit burnings. Bill Kelly showed his horse head cane and told us about his eagle head cane. Marvin Daniels showed us his clay guy sapplings.
