Call to Order:
Meeting was called to order at 6:00 P.M. by President Jeff Hancock. We welcomed Roy Kline back to the meeting tonight.
Minutes of previous meeting:
Motion to approve the minutes for meeting was made by Richard Hitch and seconded by Danny Conley. Motion carried. Minutes approved.
Treasurer's Report:
Treasurer Doug Egerton gave his report. We got Toyota donation. Motion was made by Kathy Vonderahe and seconded by Jan Weiss. Motion carried. Treasurer's report approved.
Library Committee:
Library is open. Nothing new to report.
Show Committee:
We are working on it. The show is October 23 and 24, 2026. Take flyers, get your President's Challenge ready for this weekend. President's Challenge is something that you have not carved before. Think about how many tables you would like. Kathy carving the hat for the door prize.
Old Business:
Chemo Buddies are getting 38 angels tonight. Chemo Buddies say they are using 50 angels every month. They also put a thank you note on their Facebook page.
Sales table:
Robin has club patches.
Midwest Outdoor Show, is this next weekend June 19,20, and 21, 2026. We have 4 people down for it but we need more people. we will be in one of the concrete floored barns. We will get in free Robin will have everything you will need.
New Business:
Laura Golbert from the museum wants a carver that carves kitchen utensils June 12, 2026, from 5 to 8 P.M.
Seminars:
Mini-Seminars Jan Weiss Doug Linkner's birds.
Show and Tell:
Frank Wildeman showed his star with ball and stars.
Kathy Vonderahe showed her Santa's.
Marvin Daniels showed his aspen witches sticks for brooms.
Half Pot:
Half-Pot was won and given to Kathy Vonderahe.
Adjournment:
Ben Meyer made a motion to adjourn and it was seconded by Marvin Daniels. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned.
