Call to Order:
Meeting was called to order at 6:00 P.M. by President Jeff Hancock. We welcomed Kaitlyn Conner to the meeting.
Minutes of previous meeting:
Motion to approve the minutes for meeting was made by Richard Hitch and seconded by Dan Alldredge. Motion carried. Minutes approved.
Treasurer's Report:
Treasurer was not here so Jeff Hancock gave his report. Motion was made by Ben Meyer and seconded by Jan Weiss. Motion carried. Treasurer's report approved .
Library Committee:
Library is open. Nothing new to report.
Show Committee:
Show committee meeting to meet at 5:00 P.M. June 9, 2026.

Midwest Outdoor Show one more meeting, Jeff will try to find out where we will be.
Erv spoke to the person who does the digital sign at the 4H For the show.
New Business:
Looking at the new roster with Presidential Pardons we have 26 members. We need to try to bring a friend for a new members.
