Call to Order:

November meeting was called to order: by Treasuer Alan Bailey

Minutes of previous meeting:

Motion made and seconded by Ben Meyer and Kathy V. to approve the minutes of October, 2018 meeting as they appear on the website. Motion carrried

Treasurer's Report:

Alan Bailey gave the treasurer's report: Motion made by Robin Meyer second by Steve Eli to accept as presented. Motion carried.

Library Committee:

Ben reported: It is open for us.

Teaching Report:

Richard reported we have 1 new person in the class

Show Committee:

Salem United Methodist Church on October 27,

• Very positive comments on the place and show with the exception of the recognition of our sponsers. Next year we must do a better job with the flyer and signs.
• Motion made and discussion by the club to donate $600.00 to the Church for the use of the building. Motion by Jon and onded by Steve. Motion carried.

Christmas Party: December 11, 2018 at Seaton Time: 6:00-8:30 Blind Ornament exchange if you want to participate. Club providing the Chicken and each club member to bring a covered dish. ( Pot Luck Style)
