Call to Order:
Meeting was called to order at 6:04 P.M. by President Jack Winkleman.
Minutes of previous meeting:
Motion to approve the minutes for meeting was made by Jeff Hancock and seconded by Frank Wildeman. Motion carried. Minutes approved.
Treasurer's Report:
Treasurer Jon Gunnels gave his report. Motion was made by Jeff Hancock and seconded by Kathy Vonderahe. Motion approved. Treasurer's report approved.
Library Committee:
Nothing new in the Library.
Show Committee:
Attendance was down than previous years only had 123 people maybe 165 altogether with vendors in there also, in the two days we were there. Thank you to Danny Conley, Jon Guunnels, Roy Kline, Kathy Vonderahe, Jack Winkleman, Frank Wildeman, Robin Meyer, Steve Eli, and a special thank you to Julia Alldredge for manning the entrance table.
The Ball Carving Winners were: Mitch Estes for Carvers Greg Unfried for Turners
Ornament winners were: Novice was Jan Weiss Experienced we had a tie- Kathy Vonderahe and Frank Wildeman
Old Business:
Sales tale.
Robin has club patches.
New Business:
Christmas Party, 5 dollars per family, setup time is 5P.M. eat at 6P.M. dish to pass with something that goes with chicken. We will have a ornament gift exchange, if you want to participate in it bring it in a brown paper bag.

We missed putting in the Election of Officers and this is the results for the Tri-State Woodcarver's Club:
