Call to Order:
Meeting was called to order at 6:00 P.M. by President Jack Winklman.
Minutes of previous meeting:
Motion to approve the minutes for September meeting was made by Richard Hitch and seconded by Frank Wildeman. Motion carried. Minutes approved.
Treasurer's Report:
Treasurer Jon Gunnels gave his report. Motion was made by Collette Loehrlein and seconded by Jack Armstrong. Motion approved. Treasurer's report approved.
Library Committee:
Library is open.
Show Committee:
Show Person Danny Conley talked about the show. Getting pretty close to the show. Signs should be up, signup sheet for the door is up on the table please help out on this, setup time on Friday night October 24 will be from 4 to 6 P.M. and Saturday 7 A.M.. Peoples choice awards if you hanger for your ornament to hang on bring it, no food on the trucks or anything so bring your own lunch. Thank you the show committee.
Old Business:
Sales table Frank has knives over there.
Robin has club patches.
New Business:
November is election of Officers, Danny is working talking to members about becoming officers.
Ornament exchange for the Christmas party in a brown bag.
Seminars:
Mini-Seminars Frank- tonight, Kathy- November, December- Christmas party
Show and Tell:
Collette showed her owl on a piece of driftwood.
Marvin showed his santa.
Jan showed her snowman and santa.
Jack showed his ornaments.
Frank showed his pumpkins.
Richard showed his ornaments.
Half Pot:
Half-Pot was won and given back to the club by Robin Meyer.
Adjournment:
Frank Wildeman made a motion to and Ben Meyer seconded. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned.
