Show Committee:

Show Committee Update:
Sherry reported on the show committee meeting.

She said there will be table set up starting at 4PM on the Friday night before the show. We cannot start any earlier due to the day care at the church. Once the table layout is complete, exhibitors can start setting up.

Since we don't have a wood vendor, it was recommended by the show committee that we sell some wood and other items from our library on a table at the show. Marti Vanada volunteered to man that table with assistance from other members. Robin Meyer volunteered to help also. Phillip Adkins volunteered to bring some boxes.

Sherri said the committee would like to request members to park on the side lot on the day of the show to allow visitors easier access to the show. Members can park at the lower level to unload.

Alan had the yard signs ready but there was an error in the time listed for the show. He will have the signs corrected and available at the next meeting.

She also reported that Jack Winkleman was having eye surgery tomorrow and would not be able to have a table at the show this year. She asked that we all send our thoughts and prayers.

Discussed at the show committee meeting but not mentioned in the meeting:

Jeff Hancock presented a new table layout.

The committee approved placing a digital ad with the Courier for $130. It will run the week prior to the show with 15,000 impressions targeted to Evansville.
